The vapours rise up from the sea
& yet the sea is not dried up.
The rains fall down upon the ground
& yet the ground it is not drowned.
The rivers flow into the sea
& yet the sea it is not full.
The fluids and the vapours change
Back to what they were before,
So why should all of this seem strange?
The ocean’s waves lap on the shore,
The clouds float in the sky.
The cycles turn about once more
As grand dramatic personae.
